The senior party is hosted by parents of graduating seniors and the parent association at Central Catholic.

In the past, the location and event of the senior all night party are traditionally meant to be a secret for the graduate. We are excited that the senior class THIS YEAR will get to celebrate together as they say goodbye to Central Catholic.

The Senior Party will be held on on Saturday night, June 5 at 7:30 p.m.-11:30 p.m. at Central Catholic High School. This will be a large celebration for this class.

The registration fee is $100 per student, and the deadline is May 31. After this date, the registration fee will increase to $125.

We want all graduates to attend and scholarships are available. If you need a scholarship, please contact Lupe Tellez in the Business office at 503.235.3138 extension 1257 before you complete this form. If you have any questions please contact Sarah Wright (swright@indigocontracting.com) or Lisa Hicks (lisahicks@thehgroup.com)

Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless for Communicable Diseases Including COVID-19
The novel coronavirus (“COVID-19”), has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. While rules, guidance, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist. Central Catholic High School cannot completely mitigate the transfer of communicable diseases like COVID-19 especially when involved in the 2021 Senior Party . Participation in the 2021 Senior Party includes possible exposure to and illness, injury, or death from infectious diseases including COVID-19. In consideration for providing my child the opportunity to participate in the 2021 Senior Party and any related transportation to and from the Senior Party events, both my child and I voluntarily agree to waive and discharge any and all claims against District and release it from liability for any exposure to or illness or injury from an infectious disease including COVID-19, including claims for any negligent actions of the District or its employees or agents, to the fullest extent allowed by law, for myself, my child, our estates, our heirs, our administrators, our executors, our assignees, and our successors. I also agree to release, exonerate, discharge and hold harmless the District, its Board of Directors, the individual members thereof, and all officers, agents, employees, volunteers, and representatives from all liability, claims, causes of action, or demands, including attorney fees, fines, fees, or other costs (e.g. medical costs) arising out of any exposure to or illness or injury from an infectious disease including COVID-19, which may result from or in connection with my child’s participation in the 2021 Senior Party. I further certify and represent that I have the legal authority to waive, discharge, release, and hold harmless the released parties on behalf of myself and the above-named student. I certify that I have read this document in its entirety and fully understand its contents. In exchange for the opportunity to participate in the 2021 Senior Party the above-named student and I freely and voluntarily assume all risks of such hazards and notwithstanding such, release District from all liability for any loss regardless of cause, and claims arising from the student's participation in the Senior Party.
Liability Waiver
I understand that use of the facilities and equipment at 2021 Senior Party may involve risk of bodily injury or property damage and I agree to assume any such risks. I understand that it is up to me to consult physicians and other professionals to make sure that I can safely participate in activities and events at the 2021 Senior Party. I also understand and agree that by signing this agreement, I am giving up my (or the minor for whom I sign) right to make any claim against the Parent Association, its agents, employees and volunteers, including the right to sue them, for bodily injury or property damage or any other loss that I might suffer while using The 2021 Senior Party facilities and services, except as limited by law.
